Where do we ship to?

We would love to send our products to all corners of the world, but for now we only do it to Spain and some countries of the European Union as for example France, Germany, Italy, etc….

Delivery and delivery times

We will not bore you with a thousand shipping options, we will make it easy for you: choose your article, buy and receive the product in your home within the period indicated in the Order confirmation. Easy, simple and economical! Easy, simple and inexpensive!

Once confirmed, your order will be ready to leave our warehouses in a maximum period of 48-72 hours approximately (from Monday to Friday).

Delivery will be made within the approximate period indicated in the confirmation of the order, being this up to seven working days in the case of having stock, and two to three weeks otherwise.

Devolutions & Exchanges

We’re not gonna lie to you, we trust our products and we don’t usually receive devolution orders. In the case of defect or imperfection in the piece, we’ll proceed to exchange the piece for a new one * and all the costs derived from the shipment of these parts to our warehouse will run from our account.

Important! Remember that you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to request the change or return for manufacturing defect.

Once you have contacted us or completed the devolution procedure, we will indicate how to proceed with the return of the product and the steps to follow so that you can send it to us as soon as possible. As soon as we receive the package we will process the product change.

* Any damage derived from the use of the piece, such as paint wear will not be considered as a defect of manufacturing. Also, BROKEN WAND products are made by hand, and therefore there can be some variations in the finish. Keep in mind that colour may vary slightly because of the possible variations on color configuration on the screen from which the web page is displayed. …

REE Shipping & Returns

Yes, you have read well, all the orders with an amount superior to 100€ will enjoy the free postage to any point of the Iberian Peninsula. In addition, as we had already advanced you in the previous point, any return that you have to process by defect or imperfection of manufacture in any of our products, will also be free.
